You are consciousness that has taken on matter and whilst temporarily in matter has to transform it’s awareness to the fact that it is more than matter.
Trust is the antidote to fear, not fearlessness.

Please consider what is your specific pledge for this incarnation. As you came here you decided the course and direction of your life through the power of your soul. Your existence is sacred because human life is sacred and we wish to remind you of this again and again. Remember your pledge is to know who you truly are.
An Experiment of Great Potential
Human life is sacred because it is a bridge between multi levels of existence both in the physical realm and the invisible. Other levels of consciousness are influenced, like the animal kingdom, by the way human beings behave. Humans have a profound effect on this physical existence. Also beings in the invisible world are inspired by the development of human consciousness. However we have to say that the human experiment has not evolved to the level that was hoped for. We do not use the word experiment in any demeaning sense because as an experiment it is full of great potential.
As you develop and increase your light it will illumine all the dark corners of ignorance everywhere. Your light will also reveal more of you to yourself so finally you become integrated with the power of your soul.
You are an example to all that surrounds you that there is a way of light even in the most demanding of situations. When you remember the being that you really are then you become a pointer for others. So you are not just participants in life you are a co-creators.
Your glance it is sacred when you look, your speech is sacred and your touch is sacred.The way you work with your five senses impacts on the subtle senses which in turn impacts on the subtle bodies.
The power of darkness is real and is necessary because it is a natural result of the interaction of the elements at play in all life formations including the solar system. But you have the capacity to bypass that darkness from the higher level of your being.
Years of Fire and Water
In 2014 it is vital that if you are aware of aspects in your being that needs transforming then do not delay because these are years of fire and water. These elements, particularly in combination, are full of the vivid energy which is permeating the whole of mother earth and this includes you. It is full of great potential for evolution. This is such a time of acceleration that it is time to invite more of your true nature to become visible. Be aware of just how transformative is your presence. In the moment you acknowledge the existence of your own light then the process of transformation begins to take place.
This requires effort but it is not the normal effort associated with willpower. It is an effort of a different kind. It is really the capacity to relinquish what has become obsolete and to relinquish all that in the personality which does not serve the light. It needs the determination of a warrior but that warrior has to open the heart so wide that the descent of grace can truly touch you.
Flowing With The River of Life
It is allowing that intimate conversation with the highest, divine, God or whatever you want to call it. Nothing is more conducive to this happening than by allowing things to take place. To flow with the river of life rather than pushing against it even if you don’t like the direction of the river.
Your strength of warriorship is in the allowing rather than the imposing and 2014 will see this dance accelerating. As you see more clearly through the sharpening of your inner light you will see what is required to face the future.
Sometimes your daily life is not progressing in the way that was hoped for by the personality. Although your highest wish is maybe for a conducive relationship or for peace in the world those things don’t take place. The problem is that the personality cannot see the whole picture and cannot see what is really taking place. Never be discouraged because your life is a continuous revelation and you cannot see what is coming. Around the next corner could be something painful but it could be of assistance in revealing to you who you really are.
You are here to express the presence of soul, your light in fullness. Do not be mesmerised by your own personality. The personality is transient and deeply ingrained aspects of yourself can be transformed by life events. Look at your personality as a lovely protective layer that is not always necessary and can stand aside to allow your heart, your essence to come forward. Some of you may be experiencing pain and great disappointment but your heart is like a spring of renewal that will lead you forward. As you follow your heart it will take you towards love. Live your life in fullness of aspiration and give to others what you give yourself.
Yes there is temporary discouragement but do not think that this human experiment is missing its direction. Everything that is taking place in your life is full of richness and is purposeful.
Union With The Highest
Sometimes you have to dig a little bit deeper, it’s true, to reach the jewel and sometimes you have to dig with your hands because you’ve tried all the various tools and they have not helped. And as you go deeper and deeper you call for help and as you call for help something opens & grace descends. Bit by bit you experience union with the highest.
You know you could not even take a breath if it was not allowed by the highest; so really all the things that concern you every day are quite insignificant compared to this.
Whatever difficulties life presents you with offer them on the altar of the highest. Ask for the divine to help you to take the weight of those things that you find too heavy. But you need to establish that conversation with the divine in which ever way feels easiest for you. Be open to that energy and insist on that dialogue.
Whether you know it or not that divine energy is continuously woven into the texture of your being. You are not at all separate from the infinite nature of your being. It is simply that you are on this self revealing journey. Keep calling for grace to descend and touch you and open you more and more so that life will take its course.
Understanding is left to other future times because not everything is understood from a certain perspective. Not everything can be included because there are conflictual aspects that will not be understood neither from your lower mind or your higher mind. So again these things have to be offered to the divine.
As your New Year approaches we invite you to establish that conversation with the divine either in stillness, silence or through words. For this year to come invite presence (divine) to come so close to you that there is no separation. Pray for this because these are the years of fire and these are the years of fire and water and all these elements coming together can give you a tremendous jolt not because of anything negative but because there is the potential for union. What appears to be the most disruptive can in fact be the most unifying but it depends on how you attune to the compass of your inner light. This is crucial and out of that you will see transformative powers at work in you and all around you. So with these words we leave you to your own reflection and your own pondering.
In the depth of your winter, look for the spring in your heart.
Since 2012 the human family has entered the years of fire, with the potential for truth or destruction of truth. Truth means having to include your own contradictions, and all those things that prevent you from experiencing the beauty of your totality as a human being.
This turning towards truth creates a polarisation. If you are committed to seeing truth and humble enough to look at what needs changing then there is something to hope and aspire for, even when all seems lost, there is still that line of light.
You have your guides and helpers who can help you when you’re thrown into the worst darkness, even if it is of your own making, or somebody else’s.
People are at a crossroads where they can look at the truth or turn to falsehood. You are all connected, to not only human beings, but all sorts of other elements, and some are not so luminous. If you turn to falsehood like attracts like, even at the subtle level.
2013 was another year of fire and for many people things have come to a boiling point. Next year will be time of fire and water which will exacerbate some things because water is disruptive in a different way.
You are in a process that burns away all the buried and neglected aspects of yourself leading to purification. Those of you who have asked to be ‘beings in truth’ will experience the dross being burnt and this can be extremely painful. Eventually illumination, clarity of spirit, intellect and intuition dawns; it is a clarity that arises out of full understanding.
Whenever there is need for more understanding there is more disturbance which leads to fresh re-organisation. The personality experiences this as bewilderment, disappointment and pain. Some of you are experiencing secure jobs disappearing. Others experiencing relationships fracturing.
Roles and jobs that hide your authentic self have to be dissolved, otherwise you meet again and again the dilemma from which are now trying to free yourself. To bear the brunt of facing oneself is not easy, but the soul has asked to be divested all those roles. It is like a mask that has been wrenched off.
To experience your true self all the many layers of the false self have to be peeled away. The hardest layer to lose is the one that you’re too familiar with and imprisons you but eventually, the compassionate being called life experience comes along and disrupts plans, relationships, work, dreams and aspirations.
To relate to the highest in yourself requires that nakedness, that truth and it is not an easy weight to bear. Human beings cannot bear much truth and it has to be given in small doses.
The lower mind although good at planning is also full of fear and reacts in horror when life turns out differently.
You have to connect with your higher mind, it’s able to work with an uncertain future. You need to blend with your intuitive sense, and surrender to the highest in yourself. Staying in the unknown is very challenging for the lower mind. It’s a little bit like climbing a mountain, with a rucksack on your back, full of ‘what you know’. Instead put this down and trust your higher self to lead you up the mountain. We in spirit world come to help you with what looks like an impossible task.
The vantage point from where you look at all that is going on in your life is crucial and this is called the observer. The observer is not to be seen as a finished product, it changes as you evolve. Your lower mind can influence the observer judging things as being unsatisfactory. The quality of an observer is that it merely witnesses without judging things as being good or bad. It’s like saying winter is bad and summer is good when in fact they are complimentary aspects and in harmony with life.
These years of fire can only be managed one day at a time. Never forget that you are eternal beings and your expansion is ongoing because you are infinite.
You may be on different roads but you can understand one another’s steps.
You are not just eternal but infinite. Do not be scared of being infinite. The expansion of your being is ongoing.
We are reminded by some of our team that for those of you in this part of the world winter is approaching. As well as winter touching your physical body you’re also entering a new season within your physical self. You are getting older. These variations in the seasons of your life are actually greater than the variations that Mother Earth presents in the changing seasons.
Your soul which is evolving is here to experience all those changes of season. When you came into incarnation with that evolutionary part of your soul and that beautiful light you invited the experience of mingling with space and time. From the standpoint of the eternal part of your soul you are brought into a peculiar aspect of existence. You now have to deal with time and space and this is rather strange because you came from another dimension where you were completely in your soul presence, your essence, your light and did not have this challenge.
Acting at The Speed of Thought
Of course when you are completely in your soul essence and with your soul group you are experiencing aspects that are still full of evolution and unfoldment but these experiences are not experienced in time because it is as if your internal clock is either stationary or is moving so fast that it appears to be still. When you’re not in your physical body you’re actually acting at the speed of thoughts. Scientists on earth have tried to calculate how many thoughts you have in just one minute and the number is mind boggling. Thoughts are coming to you from all different directions from your unconscious that have been maturing over many years and others that have their origin in past lives; then there are those from the collective consciousness plus others from your family tree and so on.
Frustration: A Word You Use A Lot
When you were in your soul essence you were much freer of the limitation you now perceive in your body as you try to expand into the fullness of what is truly a human being. The experience that you have now is frustrating; this is the word we hear you using a lot. Also it can lead you to distress because as you look at the seasons of your life you often do this with a rather harsh judgement. You might feel that you’ve not done enough, not experienced enough, not evolved enough. Maybe these were things you had in your soul plan before you incarnated.
Quite understandably because you’re here having a physical experience you look at everything from that point of view. So you see the body ageing and you tend to assume that all the other subtle aspects of yourself are also ageing as well. Because your consciousness is so aligned with your physicality you become confused and do not realise that life experience is actually changing from the soul level.
Feel Younger Than When You Were Younger
Although at the physical level you are diminishing there are continuous seasons of renewal and transformation so that you can actually feel younger than when you were younger. You may look with the eyes of innocence that you did not have when you were younger, because that innocence was compromised by other elements. Maybe now you are beginning to unravel some fixed ideas about how things are going to be expressed or manifested.
This shift in attitude is because you belong to life eternal. You are a being of eternal unfoldment in this eternal experience of life. Your physical and mental being are subject to the laws of nature but your consciousness is free of such restrictions and can connect with the ground of your being or soul.
The Seasons of The Soul Are Vast
Your universe is continuously expanding and so is your consciousness. When you are aware your consciousness is outwardly expanding then you experience joy no matter what physical age you’re stepping into or whatever life is bringing. Hold tight to that understanding which is the true seeing of the soul. Do not mistake yourself for the body that goes through seasons because within those seasons are other seasons and these are seasons of the soul. The seasons of the soul are vast, they are unlimited so you do not need to feel the restrictions of ageing. Instead you can feel within that limitation of ageing the widening of your true self. If you can begin to play with that perception then even if it is not clear it will be like a pebble thrown into a pond and the ripples of your consciousness will continue to expand outwardly. If you are becoming limited physically nevertheless you can experience this richness even if it cannot be conveyed outwardly. This world we are pointing to does exist because you are life eternal. You are life and you are eternal which means not static.
Winter: A Period of Inwardness
So as we are together with you this evening joyously we are witnessing the autumn season drawing in and the winter approaches. You can see you’re now entering a period of inwardness.
During this more inner time you will have your reflection of how far have I gone and what have I achieved. We want you to use your reflections to really focus on the qualities of your life with the intelligence that is truly eternal that is made of the consciousness which can switch to a level of presence that will truly enrich you rather than crystallising into patterns that will condition you.
A Spiritual Perspective is Much Freer
When you have a difficulty it is all too easy to look at it from the perspective of your culture rather than approaching it with a spiritual perspective which is a much freer approach. In the same way look at what is sometimes called an older age with a more playful approach. If you view it from the essence of your being you can reverse it into a younger more fuller dimension something that is richer that is constantly aware of the word eternal in the best sense of the word which is flowing and expanding. Sometimes the word eternal can almost imply a sort of dullness of an unchanging state. Eternity is not like that.
Focus On Your Inner Being
There is a misunderstanding that passing from physical life leads you to a place of forever unchanging, to a somewhat limited condition. Instead it is totally expansive, it is totally evolutionary so when you are talking to your loved ones in spirit they are already changing unless they are refusing to connect with their intelligence and with their consciousness. Even if they are refusing to connect with the best in themselves due to some karmic dysfunction or deeds they are always given the opportunity to turn the tables around and to see themselves as new and fresh and to drop the mask of a disturbing personality.
So we wanted to give you these thoughts to play with because in the coming weeks and months the weather will be changing and influence you. However if you can rise above this and focus on your inner being then you will remain untouched by uncertain outward circumstances. So use and play with all the different colours that life brings you because you are that eternal life.
Look at your daily life because this will tell you a lot about your spiritual life.

Yes yes what a good question. If you don’t mind we have to turn it around. Instead what are you going to bring to next year dear one? Because that is more exciting than knowing what next year is going to bring to you.
What you bring to next year is what next year is going to bring to you as well. It is very linked you cannot separate the two. If you separate the two you are under a slight misunderstanding.
Pay attention to your life now, where you are, how you are walking, what are you are giving the most attention to and then as you notice where you put your energy choose carefully and clearly.
Choose with intention what you are attending to. With that focus you might then say: ‘I feel proud to be a mother or I feel proud to be doing this work.’ I am contented with this and because to my contentment I want to add more I might well make to myself a commitment next year that I want to change my job. Or you might decide that you want to expand certain qualities in yourself that you have always intended to.
By doing this you come in to the knowing of where you are going and then with the assistance of your guides and helpers (you do have them and they are already helping you its just a question of becoming more attuned to them) you will channel energy already with the knowing of what is going to take place.
So as you know what you are contributing to the year 2014 you become co-creator of that. However there are collective events because there are millions minds of beings which can operate in a somewhat negative way and impact on your plans.
So again you have to say: ‘ what do I bring to this?’ Because you are holding that light you can understand and welcome the place of conflict in which you might find yourself. But you will not be afraid because you understand that you also co-create, you also participate. From our team we always encourage you to be a participant because this is a collaboration. Of course there are those beings called seers that see events in the future but there are always a number of elements at work so what can be seen is simply potential, not necessarily what will happen. This is a big subject that we can go into another time.
